Promotions and Service Terms
Free Hearing Screening
Free hearing screening is available exclusively for adults aged 60 years and above. Proof of age may be requested upon registration. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Hearing Aid Trial
We offer a hearing aid trial period of up to 20 days, depending on individual needs and progress. The trial duration may vary based on your experience and the audiologist’s recommendation.
A fully refundable security deposit is required before the trial begins. The deposit will be returned in full upon the safe and timely return of the trial unit in good working condition.
To ensure the best outcome, follow-up consultations during the trial are mandatory. These sessions allow our audiologists to fine-tune the device and support your journey toward better hearing.
