Looking for a motivated and personable hearing care consultant to join our team, committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers
Responsibilities:
a) Attend to walk-in and call-in client’s enquiries
b) Arrange appointments efficiently
c) Registration and follow up appointments
d) Able to do basic administrative works
e) Assist in handling clients who require speech & language, mental health and hearing related rehabilitation services
f) Assist in sales and promotional activities, client follow-up program, client retention/loyalty program etc and as required
g) Maintain clean, tidy and hygiene working environment
Requirements:
a) Possesses minimum SPM certificate with good credit in language and basic computer knowledge
b) Has at least 1 year experience in customer service position in retail outlet/healthcare/services industry or has experience working as a Clinic Assistant
c) Candidates fluent in Mandarin and English are preferred, with Bahasa Malaysia as an added advantage.

e) Patient
f) Independent and willing to learn new things
g) Can comply with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD)
